I feel helpless.</title><description>&lt;p&gt;i wish i could give you the hope and encouragement needed for you to love and support yourself. unfortunately, i do not possess such magic. but i will say that we’ve all been there, helpless and angry at ourselves, unsure of where to start and where to go. sometimes the best thing to do is just to start. don’t think about it, just start. grab a pair of sneakers, and run. make a salad. smile at yourself. get enough sleep. drink water. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;remember that you deserve happiness, you deserve health. i support you in your journey, and if you ever have specific questions or want to chat, don’t be shy.&lt;/p&gt;
